COVID-19

Balboa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is striving hard to ensure the safety of all residents and staff members in this tragic time of coronavirus pandemic. Our primary concern is to prevent our residents and staff from exposure to COVID-19. In this pursuit, we are carefully implementing the infection control protocols according to the guidelines provided by the CDC, CMS, CDPH and other federal, state and local healthcare authorities. To limit the risk, we do not encourage any non-medical or unnecessary appointments or visits from family or friends. Moreover, we are watchful about screening the employees and residents if anyone shows any kind of symptoms and also completely restricting their group activities.

In addition to strictly following the guidelines, we are in constant communication with the local health authorities regarding the COVID pandemic updates and will continue to update the residents as well as their caretakers.

In the meantime, Balboa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is accessible via multiple means of audiovisual communication. You can schedule a time to virtually meet your loved ones by emailing at info@balboahc.com Feel free to contact us for further queries.
